Right of Withdrawal for Gift Codes (web purchase)

Nestling+ gift codes are offered by Canopy Labs, which remains your contracting party for the digital product. Payment is processed through Stripe Managed Payments by Sold through Link, LLC as the merchant of record. Sold through Link handles in particular payment, indirect taxes (VAT), the invoice or payment receipt, and transaction-related support and refund requests. We (Canopy Labs) remain responsible for supplying the product, its conformity, product support, and your right of withdrawal.

This notice concerns only the web purchase of a gift code. The Nestling+ subscription bought through Apple In-App Purchase is covered by the separate provisions in the Terms of Service, section 10.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract was concluded. Your right of withdrawal exists for the entire period and does not lapse because the gift code has already been redeemed.

by means of a clear statement (for example, an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not required. For this web purchase, the merchant of record (Sold through Link) additionally provides an electronic withdrawal or cancellation function under Stripe Managed Payments; you reach it via the order or support link in your purchase confirmation. You may submit withdrawal and refund requests either there or with the statement to us above. To meet the deadline, it is enough that you send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive notice of your withdrawal. The refund is made through the payment service (Sold through Link under Stripe Managed Payments) to your original means of payment; you incur no fees for this. The associated gift code is cancelled and can no longer be redeemed. If the code had already been redeemed, the premium access it unlocked ends on the recipient's account.
